You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as you haven't used the paid features.

At a glance
- Full refund within 7 days if you haven't used it.
- Unused passes are refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- Visits cancelled 24 hours or more ahead are refunded automatically.
2. Partial refunds
After 7 days, we refund the unused part of your purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Click “Request refund” in your billing history or email us. We refund to your original payment method. Card refunds take 5–10 business days to appear.
4. If we can't provide the service
If an outage or shutdown on our side stops you from using what you paid for, we refund the remaining period or credits in full.
