QHow do I sign up?
All you need is an email and a password. It takes about a minute.
QHow do I use Brightside Physio?
Sign up, pick a therapist and a time on the Book page, then fill in the "Before your visit" form. After each session your home exercises show up under My home exercises.
QHow much does it cost?
See the pricing page. A single visit costs what is shown on the therapist's booking page. You can sign up for free.
QCan I get a refund?
If you haven't used it within 7 days of paying, we refund you in full. Cancelled visits are refunded automatically.
QCan I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes. Open My visits and cancel up to 24 hours before your visit. For anything closer, call the clinic. Freed times go to patients on the waitlist.
QWhat is the waitlist?
If the time you want is full, join the waitlist on the Book page. When someone cancels, we let you know and the clinic confirms the new time for you.
QI forgot my password.
Use "Reset password" on the login screen to set a new one.
QWhat happens to my data if I delete my account?
We delete it right away, except anything we're required by law to keep for a set period.
